Omaha, NE – October 21, 2014 – Avantas today announced that its client, Penn State Hershey Medical Center, was selected to present an overview of its strategic labor plan at the 2014 ANA Staffing Conference (American Nurses Association).
Nursing leaders from Penn State Hershey will lead a breakout session detailing how to best use technology to streamline labor management procedures, standardize workflows, and review and respond to real-time staffing needs.
Additionally, Chris Fox, Avantas’ CEO, will be taking part in a business round table event focused on the current state and future of human capital management in healthcare. Chris will be joined by leadership from Kronos, McKesson, API Healthcare, Axsium, QuadraMed, Parallon, and Shift Wizard, among others.
