Job Description

The Product Manager drives software development priorities, including coordinating and communicating the development road map with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitates Smart Square demonstrations for various audiences.

Job Tasks:

• Must hold the ability to analyze client and market needs and transform them to product delivery.
• Manage third party development partnership, including determining development effort for individual items and delivery of those items within documented timelines.
• Facilitate Large Project Planning to ensure project continues to move forward.  This may include stand-up sessions, reporting analysis of burn down rate, time tracking and other metrics, sprint planning.
• Software testing and release management background.
• Identify and document requirements and user stories for product bug fixes.
• Translation of information from development to business and vice versa.
• Track client development requests and lead research process with internal and external stakeholders to determine solution and resource requirements.
• Drive prioritization of software development items and builds shared vision with stakeholders around documented monthly roadmap.
• Manage third party development partnership, including determining development effort for individual items and delivery of those items within documented timelines.
• Coordinate collaborative process for new product releases, including but not limited to: testing, training, communication plans and content.
• Develop and deliver audience-targeted, interactive and engaging product materials.
• Conduct software product demonstrations via either a web or on-site meeting.
• Build internal release documentation surrounding improved functionality.
• Actively drive individual professional growth using learner, customer-centric and focus/ motivation attributes to advance expertise, create Raving Fans and achieve line of sight goals.

Professional Preferences:

Three years applicable experience required – preferably within a healthcare IT organization.

Bachelors Degree in technology, marketing, or other related field preferred.
