March 31, 2016 – Holly Holz, Director of Client Engagement and Optimization at Avantas, and Keith Minnis, Regional Vice President and Senior Human Resource Executive for Mercy in Oklahoma will be co-presenting at AONE. The presentation will describe how Mercy’s facilities throughout Oklahoma partnered with Avantas in a three-year project to use workforce analytics and strategies to realign staff for proper deployment, streamline workforce processes, automate scheduling, and accurately predicted future staffing needs for precision workforce planning. The result has been costs savings, reduced vacancy rates and turnover, and quality improvements.
