The Account Manager’s key focus is to serve as the main relationship owner of clients’ core project team to achieve exceptional outcomes and to optimize workflows supported by automation. Unlike other traditional Account Managers positions, the majority of the daily work includes consultative direction on strategies and workflow reinforcement that requires an in-depth understanding of the Avantas work strategies and software functionality, required for clients to achieve optimal outcomes and ROI.
The Manager of Client Optimization will leverage their experience and C-level influence to support the Client Optimization team to engage our largest clients, identify product upsell opportunities, facilitate client growth and expansion, and provide mentorship. The leader of this team requires a strong skill set of successful team development, relationship management, strategic planning, and an exceptional level of customer-oriented focus.
This position will facilitate the team’s professional development and manage escalated client issues including highly complex customer situations. An operational and customer-focused mindset is required to be able to navigate internal practices, identify opportunities for continued improvement to meet client and Avantas financial goals, all while developing a team of high-performing individuals.
