The Business Development Executive achieves new client revenue and market share targets by executing on lead generation strategies and leading an effective direct sales region for Avantas. The Business Development Executive will drive the end-to-end sales process for Consulting, Smart Square® software, and other workforce optimization services. In addition, the Business Development Executive will manage a successful sales process and region which includes prospecting, engagement, proposal and contracting stages.
We are looking for a seasoned sales executive ideally with consulting experience and ability to work through a complex sale.
This will be a great opportunity for the right person to sell large enterprise deals, engage in a very consultative sale, and have the smaller company feel within a publicly traded organization that is growing significantly. Most important is a senior sales individual with talent and an impressive track record in the consulting and software space.
